HOW ePayPolicy Works:
Both the agent and the insured can pay an invoice through ePayPolicy.
- Agent: after you create an invoice, you will see a new option Take Payment with ePayPolicy.
-Insured: If you give your insured access to access their Invoices, they can Make a payment with ePayPolicy (only that option will be highlighted).
Also, the insured's view of the invoices has only the View and Make payment options (no edit, void, delete)
Once they log on, then can see their invoices (an receipts)
and then click on View Invoice and pay it by clicking on Make Payment with ePayPolicy
We are also adding a payment link in the invoice email, so the client can pay a single invoice without having to log in.
