Notification Template - Pending Cancels

In the agency profile, you can set up automated notifications for various events like Renewals, Pending Cancellations etc. We offer canned messages but you can create your own.

Click on Advanced and put the text you desire into the space provided. You can use database fields to mail merge in your email.

Here is an example of a Pending Cancel custom message:

"We have received notice from the carrier that your {Policy.LinesOfBusiness} policy with number {Policy.Number} has a pending cancellation date of {Policy.PendingCancellationDate}. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience to ensure that your coverages do not lapse."
