Using your custom PDF forms to import data into Nowcerts

You can integrate any PDF form into Nowcerts.
For a long time, our users have been able to import a PDF form into Nowcerts and pre-fill data from Nowcerts so they can quickly generate and email forms avoiding redundant entry of data  (proposals, applications, etc).
Now you can also do the process in the other direction as well.
You can import a PDF form, map the fields to fields in the database and then generate an integration widget so you can use the form on your website (or a link in an email).
Once a form is filed and submitted, it will appear in your Nowcerts dashboard and you can commit the data into the database in the from of Prospects and Quote applications.
I hope this helps.

It is very similar to the regular mapping, but while the regular PDF mapping takes data from Nowcerts and "dumps" it on the PDF form, the reverse mapping does the opposite.
It takes the data from a PDF forms and saves it in the database. Once filled, a form can be used ot create a new Insured/Prospect and also save the form in their documents.
So, the practical application is as follows: you can load the form on a website, send a link to a prospect. When they fill the form and hit "Submit", the data comes to your Nowcerts account and the system can create the prospect record and store all data in the database. This includes the basic contact data as well as vehicles, drivers and other "Insured Items".
